SECTION 3 - NO REFUNDS AND ORDER FINALITY 3.1 All Sales are Final: Because our products are digital assets delivered instantly via internet download or email, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the digital content is delivered or made available for download, you lose your right to any refund, return, or exchange.
3.2 No Cooling-Off Period: By purchasing a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you waive any statutory "cooling-off" period or right of withdrawal.
3.3 Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. If we cancel an order prior to the delivery of the digital product, a refund will be issued. However, once the product is delivered, the "No Refund" policy applies.

We are not liable for delays in delivery resulting from technical issues beyond our control, such as internet service provider failures or incorrect email addresses provided by the user.

We will assist in ensuring you receive a functional copy of the product, but this does not entitle you to a refund.
